All our websites and templates are designed in 3eG using configurable controls and features. These sites are branded for clients with logo, look and feel, and content.
The Client Portal provides a subset of the functionality available in 3eG to allow clients to manage their membership (process adds/changes/terms) and pull reports.
Customers can log in to their account on the group's enrollment website to view customer demographics, payment information, products selected and fulfillment documents.
After a customer enrolls, static PDFs and variable data forms for the products they selected are available for review and download in their customer account.
An email with login information to the customer portal is sent after user registration. A confirmation email with a product summary is sent after enrollment. These emails are configured with client-specific text and logo.
Access to the system is granted for each user with customized permissions based on client requirements. Security practices are backed by an SSAE 16 audit to ensure usage is monitored and adjusted on a regular basis.
Clients have access to standard reports to view data stored in 3eG such as group statistics, enrollment, member status, terminations, premium remittance or credit card activity.
We work with providers to design and develop an integration point that meets their specifications, either file-based or API. 3eG uses configurable business rules for each group to manage customer enrollments, terminations and changes based on client preferences.
Web services are available for real-time registration and enrollment into our system. We also build custom solutions to integrate to downstream vendors based on their specifications.
