Website build

All our enrollment websites and templates are designed using configurable controls and features. These sites are branded for clients with logo, look and feel, and content.

Client portal

Self-service functionality is available to a client or broker for look-up access to group and member data. We also provide transactional level access for adds, changes, terminations and reporting.

Member portal

Self-service functionality can be provided to members so that they can log in to their account to update information such as: contact information, payment method, products, dependents, username, and password.

Online fulfillment

Fulfillment documents, such as welcome kits, temporary ID cards and policy documents, are available for download after a member enrolls in a product or benefit. Documents may be static PDFs or contain variable data with form fields pre-populated for enrollment.

Auto-generated emails

Auto-generated emails are sent to members based on pre-defined triggers. For example, an email with login information to the member portal is sent after user registration and a confirmation email with a product summary is sent after enrollment. These emails are configured with client-specific text and logo.

Secure access

Access to the system is granted for each user with customized permissions based on client requirements. Security practices are backed by an SSAE 16 audit to ensure usage is monitored and adjusted on a regular basis.


A standard reporting package is provided that enables you to view group statistics, current enrollment, customer status, recent terminations, premium remittance or credit card activity. If requested, custom reports can be created to satisfy your specific needs.

Provider integration & API connectivity

We work with product providers to design and develop a secure and accurate integration point that meets their specifications, either file-based or API. When customers sign up for benefits or change their information, we monitor for accuracy and send downstream to vendors. Web services are available for real-time registration and enrollment. Genius Avenue also accepts files for adds, changes and terminations to allow groups to provide customer updates in bulk.
